الدولية للحقوق: السعودية لم تقم بالمطلوب قضائيا في قضية الصحفي جمال الخاشقجي 

  في ظل قرارات المحاكم السعودية التي لم تقم حتى الان بما هو مطلوب في قضية الصحافي جمال خاشقجي وبعد التقريرين المحققة الدولية أغنيس كالامار، رأى مفوّض الشرق الاوسط للّجنة الدولية السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد ان المطلوب حتى الان لم يُنجز على المستوى القضائي خصوصا ان المشتبه بهم في القتل لم يحاكموا، لا بل على العكس فقد قامت الحاكم المحلية السعودية بتبرأتهم من ذلك. 

وأضاف أن الفيديو الذي وصل المكتب يُشير الى تقطيع رأس الخاشقجي من قبل عناصر ملثمة وثقة الحادثة.  وختم البيان  بضرورة متابعة هذه القضية من أجل تحقيق العدالة وضمان عدم الإفلاتمن العقاب لأي جهة مستقبلية قد تحاول فعل الامر نفسه.

 

 International Rights Commission: Saudi Arabia did not fulfill the judicial requirement in the case of journalist Jamal Khashoggi

 

 In light of the decisions of the Saudi courts that have not yet done what is required in the case of the journalist Jamal Khashoggi, and after the two reports by the international investigator Agnes Callamard, the Middle East Commissioner of the International Committee, Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said believed that the required has not yet been accomplished at the judicial level, especially that the suspects in They were not prosecuted for the murders. On the contrary, the local Saudi ruler acquitted them of that.

He added that the video that reached the office indicated that masked elements had cut off the head of Khashoggi and the confidence of the incident. The statement concluded that this issue should be pursued in order to achieve justice and ensure that there is no impunity for any future party that might try to do the same.
